Welcome to Commack Candle Co! By using our website (commack.cc) and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently ship only within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please use the contact form to inquire we may be able to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail® Cubic, allowing us to offer a flat rate of $8 for up to 2 candles. Our packaging is optimized for this pricing tier, which typically ensures delivery within 3 business days.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through USPS. Delivery estimates and updates are usually very reliable.

2. Product Information & Safety

Safety Data Sheets (SDS):
We are committed to transparency and customer safety. Each candle product page includes a downloadable Safety Data Sheet (SDS). These documents detail ingredient and safety information, and all of our products comply with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines.

3. Returns & Refunds

General Policy:
Due to the nature of our products and the high cost of return shipping, we do not typically accept returns.

Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incorrect, we will make it right at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a resolution.
