We’re proud to announce the launch of our online store at commack.cc, the new home of Commack Candle Co., where quality meets simplicity and the best ingredients come first.

Commack Candle Co. was founded in June 2020 by Matthew West during the heart of the pandemic. At the time, Matt was working as a Software Engineer on Long Island and, like many of us, found comfort in the little things. Especially the warm glow and soothing scent of a good candle. But something always felt off. Many big box candles were overpowering, filled with very toxic chemicals, and left more headaches than happiness.

So Matt set out to make something better.

What started as a personal project in Commack, New York quickly turned into a mission to create high-quality scented candles that don’t compromise your air quality or your health. After months of research and testing, we landed on a parasoy wax blend paired with premium fragrance oils and non toxic dyes. The result is a line of candles that burn beautifully, smell amazing, and stay as clean as possible.

We’ve worked hard to develop a candle recipe we’re proud of, and we believe in transparency every step of the way. That’s why we’re including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the fragrance oils we use so you know exactly what’s going into your home.

Our first lineup of scents is now available:

• Skittles — a fruity burst that smells just like the real thing
• Lemon — lemon and cookies, Mike N’s favorite
• Tobacco — warm and earthy with a subtle sweetness
• Christmas — smells like pine, festive, nostalgic, and cozy all year round

At Commack Candle Co. we believe candles should enhance your space, not pollute it. That means thoughtful ingredients, honest labeling, and products made with care.
